 한탄강댐 반대 릴레이 농성 종료 111일간 109개 마을서 4000명 참가 백지화 촉구 철원 승일공원에서 111일간 계속된 한탄강댐 반대 마을별 릴레이 농성이 23일 동송읍 이평1리를 끝으로 막을 내렸다. 한탄강사랑의 의지를 대내외에 알리기 위해 철원군이장협의회의 결의와 부녀회 협조 아래 지난 1월 3일부터 시작된 이 릴레이 농성에는 철원군 전체 109개 리에서 4000여명이 참가했다. 이와 관련 한탄강댐건설반대 철원군투쟁위원회는 23일 성명서를 발표하고 "수자원공사가 댐공사를 강행할 경우 댐 사이트에 '연합농성장'을 개설하고 연천군 연천읍 고문리 주민들의 투쟁에 행동을 같이하겠다"는 의지를 강력히 천명했다. 투쟁위는 성명서에서 "지난달 7일 참여연대, 환경운동연합, 문화연대 등으로 구성된 '한탄강 살리기 시민연대'대표자들과 활동가·회원들이 현장을 방문했을 때, 고문2리 한 할머니의 '말은 못하지만 가슴에 피눈물이 흐른다. 척박한 땅을 지금의 옥토로 만들어 살고 있는데, 우리 보고 어디로 가라고 하느냐'며 하소연 했던 일이 지금도 가슴을 뜨겁게 한다"고 강조했다. 투쟁위 관계자는 "연천군 고문2리를 방문한 수백명의 철원군민들의 의지와 건의를 토대로, 우리 5만 철원군민은 아름다운 교정에서 선생님과 친구들과 함께 뛰어놀고 있는 연천 고문초교 아이들과, 포천 보장초교와 중리초교 학생들의 고향과 꿈이 수몰되는 것을 막기 위해 투쟁을 계속하겠다"며 "수자원공사가 댐 공사를 강행한다면, 하던 일을 놓고 즉시 행동에 돌입할 것"이라고 밝혔다. 한편 대선후보주자인 민주노동당 노회찬 국회의원이 24일 오후 5시 철원군투쟁위원회를 방문, 김갑수 사무국장 등과 대화를 나누고 현안을 논의할 예정이다. 철원/김용식 기사입력일 : 2007-04-23 22:03  loan: Your website is very interesting.
